Return Policy Duration:
You can return eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:Returns are accepted if you received a wrong item, damaged product, or something different from what was described.
Non-Returnable Items:Opened or used products, temperature-sensitive medicines, and hygiene items once unsealed are not eligible for return.
How to Raise a Return:Contact our support via phone or email with images, video proof, and the reason for return.
Refund Timeline:After approval and pickup, refunds are processed within 36 hours of your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Pickup Instructions:Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and properly packed when the pickup is arranged. Pickup charges will need to be paid by the customer.
